Sunshine Coast, BC
You run
the business.
I’ll handle the internet.
Websites, Google listings, reviews, and updates for small businesses on the Coast — looked after by one local person, for one monthly price.
Small-town service, wherever you are No contracts, cancel anytime Domain, hosting and email included
The bit nobody has time for
The internet is full
of little jobs.
You’ve got customers, staff, invoices and a business to run. Then the hours change, a form quietly breaks, or someone asks for a new photo — and it all goes to the bottom of the list.
You text me.
I handle it.
No portal. No ticket queue. No agency three time zones away.
Plans
One monthly price.
Everything handled.
Every plan includes your domain, Cloudflare hosting, business email, security, backups — and me, a real person on the Coast who answers. One bill, one number to call, nothing to renew.

Included in every plan
All three. No add-ons, no line items, no “that’s extra.”
Your domain, registered and renewed
I buy it, renew it, and run the DNS. No expiry notices, no lapsed credit card taking your site down, no login for you to lose track of.
Hosting on Cloudflare’s network
Your site is served from hundreds of cities worldwide, so it loads fast for a customer in Sechelt or in Sydney. No shared-server slowdowns, no bandwidth bills.
Business email on your domain
[email protected], arriving in the inbox you already use — Gmail, Outlook, whatever you’ve got. And set up so you can send from it, not just receive.
SSL, security headers and backups
The padlock in the address bar, hardening against the attacks small sites actually get, and a copy of everything. Renewed and tested automatically.
Nothing to break, nothing to update
No WordPress, no plugin stack, no theme needing patched every month — which is how most small-business sites end up hacked, broken, or quietly offline. There’s simply less of it to go wrong. And it still loads fast on a phone in a weak-signal corner of the Coast.
Monitoring, and the fix
I watch for outages, broken contact forms and expiring records. Most of the time it’s sorted before you’d have noticed anything was wrong.
And the part that matters most: you text me a change during the day, and it’s live that evening — Monday to Friday, on every plan. No portal, no ticket number, no hourly invoice.
Hosting, a domain, business email and an hour of a web person’s time would run you $200 or more a month, from four different companies. This is all of it, from one, for one price.
It’s two parts, and you’ll be quoted both before anything starts. I build the site once — that’s the setup. After that, the monthly covers looking after it: hosting, updates, Google, email, and me.
One-time setup from $500 — design, build, launch, Google Business Profile and email, configured and tested. Agencies quote this work at $2,500 and up. No surprises: the quote is fixed.
Prefer to pay yearly? Twelve months for the price of ten.
Fair use on updates: if a request grows into a redesign, I’ll quote it before I start — you’ll never get a surprise invoice.
Already have a website that just needs rescuing? I do that too — get in touch.
How it works
Three steps, then you’re
done thinking about it.
-
Step 01
1We talk.
Coffee, phone, or email. You tell me about your business; I’ll tell you honestly what you need — and what you don’t.
-
Step 02
2I build.
Design, words, photos, Google listing — sorted. You approve it before anything goes live. Most sites launch within a few weeks.
-
Step 03
3You text me changes.
“Closed for the long weekend.” “New menu attached.” “Can you add this photo?” Send it during the day and it’s live that evening, Monday to Friday. No portals, no tickets, no hourly invoices.
Kind words
From people on the Coast.
Don was so easy to work with – his patience, care and attention to detail is hard to find. I get nothing but positive feedback about my website. Thanks Don!
As a real estate agent, I depend on my computer every day. Don at Neville Tech Solutions is always there to help, keeping everything running smoothly and answering my questions with patience and expertise. Thanks to him, I can focus on my clients without worrying about tech issues. Highly recommend!
Don has been my go-to tech expert for years, first when I was the controller for a group of busy real estate offices, and continuing in my retirement. He’s always patient, reliable, and explains things in a way I can understand. No matter the issue, he finds a solution and puts my mind at ease. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!
About
Hi, I’m Don.
I’ve spent 20+ years in IT — managing enterprise networks, security, and systems by day, and helping Coast businesses and neighbours with their tech the rest of the time. I live here, I volunteer here, and when you call, you get me — not a call centre, not a contractor three time zones away. That’s true whether you’re in Gibsons or Guelph.
I started Neville Tech because small businesses on the Coast kept getting one of two bad options: expensive agencies built for bigger companies, or a website some relative made in 2016 that nobody’s touched since. There’s a better middle: professional work, local accountability, and a monthly price that makes sense for a business your size.
When I’m not down a rabbit hole in tech, I’m hiking, camping, tinkering on a vehicle — or out on a Search and Rescue callout.
Get in touch
Let’s talk about
your business.
No pressure, no jargon, no obligation. Tell me what’s bugging you about your website or your online presence, and I’ll tell you honestly whether I can help.
On the Coast, I’ll come to you. Anywhere else in Canada, it’s a phone call and a screen share — the work and the price are the same.
