Your domain, registered and renewed
I handle registration, renewals and the settings that connect your domain to your website and email. One less account and renewal date for you to manage.
Hosting on Cloudflare’s network
Your website’s hosting is included and managed for you. I handle the setup and upkeep, so you have one person to contact about the site and where it runs.
Business email on your domain
[email protected], arriving in the inbox you already use — Gmail, Outlook, whatever you’ve got. And set up so you can send from it, not just receive.
Security and saved versions
A secure connection, protective settings and saved versions of your website. If a change causes a problem, I can use an earlier version to help put it right.
Less upkeep on your list
The sites I build avoid a stack of plugins and themes that need regular attention. I look after the technical upkeep, and you send me the business details that need changing.
Someone to investigate problems
I monitor the site and watch for expiring records. If something looks wrong, you have someone to investigate and sort it out. Enquiry form setup and monitoring are included in Managed and Everywhere.
Your part: send me what’s changed. Text or email the new hours, menu or details. I handle the updates in your plan and confirm timing, so you can get on with your day.

Unlimited small updates cover routine changes to existing content, such as hours, menus and prices. Work outside your plan’s listed features, including redesigns, is quoted for approval before I start.

Coffee, phone or email. Show me the old information, the enquiry that didn’t arrive or the updates you keep putting off. We agree on what needs doing, the right plan and the setup cost.

I update the website and Google listing, build what’s missing and test the contact options included in your plan. You review the work before it goes live. We agree on timing before I start.

3You text me changes.
“Closed for the long weekend.” “New menu attached.” “Can you add this photo?” Send me the details; I handle the updates in your plan. You can stop saving those jobs for after work.

Hi, I’m Don.
I’ve spent 20+ years in IT — managing enterprise networks, security, and systems by day, and helping Coast businesses and neighbours with their tech the rest of the time. I live here, I volunteer here, and when you call, you get me — not a call centre, not a contractor three time zones away. That’s true whether you’re in Gibsons or Guelph.
I started Neville Tech because small businesses on the Coast kept getting one of two bad options: expensive agencies built for bigger companies, or a website some relative made in 2016 that nobody’s touched since. There’s a better middle: professional work, local accountability, and a monthly price that makes sense for a business your size.
When I’m not down a rabbit hole in tech, I’m hiking, camping, tinkering on a vehicle — or out on a Search and Rescue callout.
